This Privacy Policy applies to SKD Construction (Private) Limited, package com.sdk.construction.pvt.ltd. Privacy questions may be sent to support@skdconstruction.store.

The app may let you enter a name, phone number, email address, city or project area, project type, preferred contact method, approximate project size, and free-text requirements. This information is used only to prepare local drafts, project briefs, and enquiry messages under your control.

Favourites, planner values, enquiry drafts, and prepared-request history are stored in Android SharedPreferences on the device. The app does not operate a backend, user account system, or cloud database.

When you choose Prepare Email or Open Email App, Android is asked to open a compatible external email application using a mailto intent. The app pre-fills the developer email, subject and message where supported. No message is sent automatically — the external email provider applies its own privacy terms.

This version does not include a verified company website or browser action. If a website is added later, the policy and application must be updated before release.

The app does not include Firebase, analytics, advertising SDKs, authentication, payment gateways, maps, tracking SDKs, or remote APIs. Real construction photographs are bundled inside the application and are not downloaded while the app is running.

The Android manifest does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, media, phone, SMS, or internet permissions. External email applications may have their own permissions, which are outside this app's control.

Concrete, brick, and paint calculations are performed on the device from values you enter. Inputs are not transmitted.

You may overwrite planner information, clear saved request history, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Draft data is not automatically transmitted to the developer.

This construction app is intended for adults preparing property or building enquiries. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a backend.

Local-only storage reduces network exposure, but no device storage method can guarantee absolute security. Avoid entering payment information, passwords, identity-document numbers, or other sensitive data in free-text fields.

If the app later adds a backend, analytics, advertisements, payments, accounts, website integration, or new permissions, this policy must be revised and the effective date updated.
